Mind Filez is a beautiful mix of entrepreneurship, life coaching and motivational talks in the context of mental, psychological and spiritual health. It makes an endeavour to analyse prevailing social issues and life in general from a psychological perspective as well as educating the masses about mental, psychological and emotional wellbeing.

DR MANSUR BASHARAT
Dr Mansur Basharat is a practicing consultant psychiatrist who has got ample experience in dealing with psychological issues for the past two decades. He has been affiliated with Punjab University, University of Baluchistan, Oxford University, Nottingham University, University of Manchester and Liverpool University in different capacities, as a student as well as a lecturer and an examiner. Apart from his medical career he had been affiliated with FM100 Pakistan as a DJ & Presenter and conducted programmes based on various genres with call in sessions. He wrote columns for a national news paper.

As eminent psychologists describe various stages of development and maturity in human life, one may or may not reach the stage where he/she wants to contribute positively towards the society.
